Refund Policy
Tankar always strives to ensure that you are satisfied with our product delivery and quality.
However, if at any point you face issues regarding your purchase, we have put in place a flexible
exchange policy as outlined below:
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
- Our products are non-returnable. These can be exchanged only under certain
specific conditions. - In case you want a replacement of your product, please raise your complaint
within 7 days of the product delivery.
Conditions for exchange or replacement
- Faulty product.
- If there is any leakage.
- Wrong product delivered.
- If you receive an expired product.
- Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging) or product damaged
in transit. - Incomplete order (missing products).
- You will be required to present subsequent proof for a refund or replacement.
Conditions for non-replacement of the products
- The query is not raised within 7 days.
- Missing invoice copy.
- Proof of product is without original packaging.
- Opened, used, or altered products.
- Tampered Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, and MRP.
Process for exchange or replacement
- Once a replacement request is initiated, our courier partners will pick up the item within
5-7 business days. - The product will then be checked by our quality control team, and replacement will be
initiated accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- ‘Dispatched’ orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- To cancel your order before it is ‘dispatched’ or ‘shipped’, kindly log in to your account
and take action on cancellation, if available. You can also contact our customer support if
you face any difficulty in doing so. - Tankar reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In some
